Our rental was exactly how Richard advertised it would be. Lots of communication helped to make our camping trip worry free!

Great host and lovely RV. Will use again.

We had a great time in Banff at Johnston Canyon campground staying in Richards bunkhouse trailer. Richard showed up and got us all set up. We were in a very tight site for this trailer but Richard got set up no problem. Good instructions in all systems Plenty of room with the slide. Bunk beds were very large. We had two boys in them and could have fit 2 more if need be, not to mention I think the kitchen table turns into a good sized bed. Fridge ran on propane which made it easy to keep running and very reasonable to charge the battery with the generator during generator hours. We even took short showers with hot water and had enough battery to last to the next mornings generator hours. Outdoor kitchen was a great place for a couple of meals. The trailer has pots, pans, skillets, a French press coffee maker, and much more. Propane stove inside was also useful. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. If we find ourselves back in the Canadian Rockies with will definitely reach back out to Richard.

Thanks Richard for a wonderful first time experience for us in an RV. It was exactly how it was shared on the listing and Richard was very prompt on delivery, communication, responding to all my questions. Richard also went above and beyond when we had shortage of water, came all the way to our site to refill it even when I mentioned we are fine to leave as we were checking out the following day. That's utmost customer experience and I can assure he would continue to be that person.

Richard was a great host! Not only did he deliver and fully set up the RV for our arrival, but he also set up a fly tent with chairs and mats for us to get out of the bugs. Will definitely be renting from him again!

Richard was a fantastic host. He was fast and efficient with communication. Delivered and set up for us and the unit was very clean and well stocked. We shared the larger unit with 8 people and felt pretty comfortable as there was beds for everyone.

Excellent trailer - very clean when we received it - it was spacious for a family of 4 (two older teenagers). It was well stocked with supplies we expected and some things we needed like coffee and seasonings. The owner was an excellent communicator, before, during and after the rental period. He was happy, and quick, to answer any questions we had. He was friendly and very punctual. Overall a great product, great service and an excellent experience!

Great communication and coordination for drop off and pick up

Richard was great to work with and made sure we knew everything about the trailer. Met us there as soon as we arrived. Everything worked great and our family had a great time.

Richard was very quick to respond and easy to deal with. The trailer was delivered promptly and all the extras that were included were available and he showed us how they worked. Spacious trailer but definitely made for a maximum of 4 people. We weren’t aware until we got there that the awning couldn’t be pulled out all the way, and that the window handles on the biggest windows of the trailer were removed because previous people kept breaking them, so we couldn’t open those windows at all. Awing was very dirty underneath, some of the cupboards also weren’t cleaned out and small plates were still dirty when we got the trailer. Overall we had a great time with the trailer but some of these things that were missed and some not mentioned in the ad would have been nice to know before arrival.
