Daniel was super easy going and flexible with our rental! He made pick up and drop off easy and was available and answered promptly when we had questions. We had issues with our generator working the AC unit and he even drove his own generator to us where we were camping to use for the weekend - that was above and beyond and very appreciated. The camper was perfect for our family and had everything we needed, and more! I would definitely rent from Daniel again in the future and highly recommend.

Daniel was a great help! This was the first time for us renting a trailer this way. While we were away, if I had a question he was so quick to respond! When we picked it up, everything was ready to go and very clean! We would love to rent again!

When we booked the trailer, we thought it was based in Woodstock, but ended up having to pick it up in Cambridge. That was inconvenience number one. When picking the trailer up at the storage facility, the owners knew nothing about what was going on, and what we were there to pick up. That was inconvenience number two. We arrived at our campground and set everything up. My husband and I are experienced trailer campers, we know what we are doing. Once the water was hooked up, we ran some water in the kitchen, and pink antifreeze came out of the lines. We weren’t expecting that in July. After flushing all of the lines, the STENCH that came out of the water taps was horrendous. No matter how long we left the taps on, it wouldn’t go away. It came from the bathroom taps too. We checked the water source at the utility pole. Water was clean, clear and not smelly. We contacted Daniel and he said there couldn’t be antifreeze in the lines because he flushed them himself and the trailer had already been out a couple of times this season. I know what pink antifreeze looks like. I told him about the smell, and asked for a partial refund, because not being able to use the trailer water when camping is horribly inconvenient. He insisted there was no problem with the water and we didn’t receive a refund. The utensil drawer was full of mouse poop. The cupboards and behind furniture had dryer sheets all over the place that were also full of mouse poop. Plus in the cupboards we found several empty scent products (garbage) that were just left there. All in all, we made it work, but we will not rent again.
