Well, for the last 4 years I have said absolutely no festivals or events like Boots and Hearts but decided to give it a try this year. Lydia and her friends had great communication the entire time leading up to the event and during the event. Unfortunately the trailer was not ready for pick up in “cleaner condition then when it was dropped off” like promised. Although the weather was poor, there was still lots of “outdoors” tracked all throughout the inside of the trailer. There was food/snacks crumbs all over the floor, syrup like substance splattered over the kitchen area of the trailer, and the grey tank completely full and coming up through the bathtub. We also have a broken chair that needs to be replaced. We have a lot of work to get this trailer in clean shape again before our next rental going out this week. Unfortunately we will be keeping up to our “No festivals or Events” rule for all future rentals going forward.
