Unfortunately the guest did not have any experience with an RV and was not prepared. Guest also inquired about a fee to bring back trailer with Grey and black water full and had not included it in his rental fees. Suggested emptying in on his lot, in a dugged hole to avoid fee and guest agreed that he would do that. Unfortunately, guest brought it back full. Argued about the fee to return full on no notice with another rental starting a few hours after return. Had to refund the guest 100$ for various unsatifactions, had to pay over 200$ for emptying septic on very short notice. Attempted to settle with guest for a fee to bring it back full. Guest disputed the charge. In the end, I literally paid to have the guest take my RV.
