The Adventure Van was fantastic! Darcy is a great host and took time to answer all of our questions. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to others.

Darcy was very helpful and great to deal with leading up to our rental and we were very happy with the adventure van. It was comfortable and user friendly. We would definitely rent from Darcy again. Unfortunately I do take issue with the RVezy policy regarding windshield damage. We were on the receiving end of a stone chip caused by a big truck we met on the road. This was not my fault nor was it Darcy’s but RVezy’s insurance protection that I paid $52.80 for only covers damage above the amount of the security deposit. Therefore in order for Darcy to get his windshield repaired properly I had to lose part of my security deposit. Darcy was nothing but helpful throughout the process of getting estimates etc. and was understanding of the fact that this was a fluke thing to happen. Perhaps RVezy should look into changing this policy in order to better assist both their owners and renters in the future.

This was my first experience with RVezy and so also my first experience with Darcy (Vanlife). Darcy is a great communicator, helpful, friendly, reliable and genuine. Darcy's vehicle was easy to maneuver, swift to learn the "ins and outs", and a pleasure to rent. I will rent again from him!
