Janet and Doug were great, very friendly and easy to communicate with! RV was great, very clean and more than met our needs. They were able to deliver, set up and pickup which helped us out alot! Would definitely rent their unit again if needed. Thank you so much!

Camper is well equipped. However our experience was service lines weren't long enough for our site we rent each year and are very familiar with. We were able to have water hook up and power hook up but not sewer so the tanks had to be emptied by hosts as we would would normally do this ourselves. Tanks did not hold for 2 people only using bathroom at night for 5 out of 8 nights. Camper hooked up to fully serviced site would not allow AC to run long term periods and our rental was during 38c + temps all week except 1 day. Inverter would kick off and would require reset. Had to use a purchased table top fan to try and stay cool. Have rented a different Camper from rvezy parked at same site last year and never had issues running ac during long periods to help stay cool. Would recommend longer service lines and a better electrical setup as we only only ran the fridge and running AC would trip the inverter very easily so we avoided using the AC which was the main reason for renting as we know the area is always hot during the same time every year. Hosts did come back to site to try and fix the problem. And that was appreciated.

This is our second time renting from Janet. Another 12/10 experience. Booking this RV is simple right from the start. Excellent and quick communication during booking and leading up to our trip. The trailer has everything you need! Just pack a suitcase and cooler and you are set. Chairs, broom, garbages, propane, grills, and even games. Perfect set up for our family of 4. They are kind and patient to deal with and offer top knotch delivery and set up/take down. They also have loads of knowledge of things to do while in your camping area. We will be booking again!

We enjoyed our rental of this RV so very much! The whole process was so easy and Janet and Doug were so knowledgeable, and really made it a great experience for us. Their RV is very clean and super comfortable. They delivered and did the set up, and also picked it up and it really couldn't have been a better experience. Thank you both so much!

Doug and Janet are fantastic as is their trailer! They answered all of my questions promptly and even double checked my reservation to make suggestions about what would make our stay at our unserviced site at Wasa Lake BC more comfortable. Janet even noticed that I forgot to add on the propane filling option. It was easy to add that option on the RVezy app. They have a generator rental option as well. The bed was VERY COMFORTABLE (some RV mattresses are uncomfortable). The water, Grey, and black tanks are very large. We always try our best to conserve water and power and not fill up the waste tanks before the end of our camping trips. We camped on a non serviced site for 7 days in Doug & Janet's RV and there was plenty of water left in the tank and the waste tanks remained low. This is an RV that would be perfect for folks that don't have much experience camping! The trailer was very spacious to fit me and 3 teens more than comfortably. The table folds down into a large bed, suitable for 2. The bunk beds were comfortable for my kiddos. I would definitely rent this RV again!

We rented from Janet and had an incredible experience. Everything from the very beginning was prompt, helpful, and flexible. Delivery was amazing and they were very helpful as we did not have ideal set up with our vehicle for driving an RV. Everything in the trailer was perfect. Clean, in excellent working order, organized, and above our expectation. This was the 3rd time renting an RV and this was by far the best experience start to finish. They supplied us with all kinds of information for activities and fun stops in the area. They supplied linens, games for all ages, every dish and utensil you could imagine. You literally need to bring your suitcase and that’s it! Doug was so thorough with delivery and included our kiddos and they loved it. We would recommend this RV a million times over and are all ready looking forward to next summer. Thank you Janet and Doug for your wonderful hospitality. You started our summer off so perfectly! 12/10++
