Loved the kitchen layout and living area. Shower was nice and big for an RV - and a bonus for us was the flat top grill outside. - Carolyn M.juil. 2023Livré par l’hôteWe have camped for years in our own trailer, but this was our first time renting. There were some communication issues, and I believed we were renting a fully equipped trailer with everything we'd need for camping. That was not the case - the trailer had only several plastic plates and bowls, some cutlery, some water bottles, two metal wine glasses, and two old frying pans and a kettle. The trailer was dirty when we received it, and we had to borrow cleaning supplies and a broom so we could clean it before we used it. I brought this up with the host after our trip, and they insist the trailer was clean, but there appear to be rodent droppings in the drawers, the garbage can was full, and there were excessive amounts of dog hair throughout the unit. We had arranged to have the trailer delivered, and the host was an hour and a half late arriving at the campground. They did give us notice about 45 minutes before we were supposed to meet, but we had travelled a long ways so we couldn't change our arrival time. When the host arrived, the trailer didn't have water in it, although they did go fill it for us, but this took an additional hour. I believe this was another communication issue - I had booked the trailer for a BC provincial park, and they generally have no power or water services, but the host believed we would have full service. I should have specified in our initial conversation that we had no power or water. Our trip was complicated by the fact that there was no cell service at our campground (which was unexpected) and we rented from a host who was two hours away, so there was no easy way to resolve any issues while we were camping.
