Sara G.sept. 2023Livré par l’hôteWe rented the RV for 4 nights and we had it delivered to Banff Tunnel Mountain camping by Jeffrey. He installed everything and explained everything we needed to know. The RV was a good size and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We cooked our breakfasts and some dinners in the RV and it worked very well. I would rent it again without hesitation if I would come back to visit the area.

He was willing to work around our schedule and did a fantastic job showing us the features and ins and outs of the camper which allowed for our camping holiday to run smoothly. I had many questions along the way prior to our rental date and he was very quick to respond and more than accommodating. The trailer we rented was clean and equipped with all the necessary implements. We had a glitch with the wind and awning which we were distraught over, however Jeff was more than fair with regard to our reimbursement for the repair. We highly recommend renting the Cozy Express!
