We did feel rushed with picking up the unit because she had to get to work, and we didn't want to have to wait several hours later to be able to pack up to go camping. The air conditioning was wonderful. We would have been miserable without it. The beds were very comfortable. The Motorhome drove quite well. The battery for the unit died quite often, so we had to keep starting the RV up to charge it again. WE didn't use up very much propane and when we went to fill it up to return it, we had some trouble because the attendant couldn't get any propane into it, and we didn't realize that it was still full. That held us up about 10 minutes after the return time which we stated would be about 5:00 pm. When my husband got to the designated address, the host wasn't there because she had gone out to dinner. There were some issues with communication, but I could have orchestrated that better on my end because I stayed home to unpack while my husband delivered the vehicle, and he didn't have the host's contact number. I had asked the host before hand how many seatbelts it had. She said she thought there were 6. The driver and passenger seats and seatbelts were fine. Then there was a lap belt on the one chair behind the passenger; however, the couch was in such poor condition that even if we had found those seatbelts, it wouldn't have been safe or comfortable to sit on. The couch really should be replaced. The unit smelled nice, but could use a deep cleaning and organizing.
