They were willing to learn how things needed to be done to have everything working properly so they could enjoy the most from the trailer and enjoy there week camping. They were very easy to accommodate with pickup/drop off times and they kept the trailer in beautiful condition. Would definitely rent to this family every year as they treated the trailer as if it were there own.
