We would have preferred better communication with Colin. The door of our trailer fell off on the road on the day of departure and we didn't find out until he returned. The trailer was a mess because he couldn't access the interior (we complety undestand), but we would have liked to be informed before he did a self drop-off while we were not at home. When we returned, we noticed that the lamp was broken and the fan was left open, and he didn't inform us about it. I'm sure he took good care of the trailer, but better communication would have been appreciated under those circumstances.
