Emma was very attentive and quickly accessible with any questions me and my fiancé had. Her demonstration and instruction on how to use everything was efficient and easy to remember. The van was super clean, organized and the whole process was made as easy as possible. We really enjoyed this vehicle and will definitely book again in the future with her!

We rented the Ford Sprinter for a week long trip to Vancouver Island. Emma was great to deal with and very helpful ! The van was perfect for two. It was clean, well equipped and easy to drive. Would definitely rent it again !

My experience was, for the most part, very positive. Emma was very kind, agreeing to reschedule the trip when we made this request, and she was incredibly prompt in her communications with me. There was one minor problem with the electrical plug ins in the RV: after we plugged in a heater and a coffee maker, the plug ins no longer worked for the remainder of the trip. Emma, however, was very responsible about this, and is taking steps to correct this issue. The RV was also very easy to drive, which made the trip very pleasant indeed. Make sure to do take enough time before you depart to take photographs of the RV and to complete a full assessment before you leave. This isn't up to Emma to remind you, and she is very fair in all respects, but you should know that it is your responsibility to complete this assessment before you depart.

The RV was great. Had mostly everything we needed and no issues at all. Great size and fit family of 4 no problem. Fridge worked great and we conserved the battery to last 4 days off grid. Would rent again!

This was my first time renting an RV and although I did experience some minor adversities due to some horrible weather, both of us thoroughly enjoyed the outing.

Our first experience renting and first time in a RV. Adamariel made it super easy for me by going through all the necessary steps in operating it and also the hook up process at an RV park. The RV itself is fairly new, super clean and easy to drive. It is comfortable for 3 people and we had a great time. Will definitely book again.

We had a great trip to Long Beach and Tofino or Vancouver Island. The motorhome was perfect for my wife & myself. Everything was functional, clean and well maintained. It was easy to drive and maneuver. I highly recommend it and would rent this RV again.
