Host communicated well up until an issue was discovered with the RV in which they went silent. RVezy app is great to use and will use it again however, I cannot say that about this RV or owner. Has not been cleaned, did not contain all items listed on ad that was suppose to be included, no mattress were provided for the bunk beds, no linens provided for any bed, when using the water system major leaks throughout trailer and was unable to use water system. Best to rent another RV from someone else as this owner does not care for the RV or people.

We were quite disappointed in this trailer, the owner did not inform me that there weren't mattresses in the bunks and also didn't tell me the water pump was broken, we could not use water at all! And also this trailer was not cleaned before we used it.

We had a great experience, did not had any issue at all. Easy to communicate with the owner easy pickup and delivery. Very Happy

The trailer was new and had lots of room. The ac was great to have on our hot weekend. However the water system was compromised and we could not use hot water or facilities. This made it only a partial good experience. This problem could not be recognized til we got to site. We would not have rented the unit if we knew this ahead of time. The schedule pick up time and drop off time was not communicated well by host. We really enjoyed the app to navigate renting a trailer and would use RVezy again. We would be more careful on what we rent
