Ziyad and his family were very kind and friendly. They took good care of my unit and I recommend them for any future rentals.

Unfortunately I have to give a very poor review for Ziyad do to his company while picking up and returning the trailer. I wasn’t able to be there on pickup or return due to them being late both times and I had other commitments. My kids (18) and (25) both received a lot of harassment from the guy actually pulling the trailer (not Ziyad). Also the trailer was not returned clean and the black water tank wasn’t properly emptied. There was no apparent damage done to the unit but was returned showing signs it wasn’t cared for while rented.
