We had a wonderful experience renting this RV. The vehicle was in good condition and was completely reliable for our entire trip. The host was also a pleasure to work with, consistently providing quick and clear communication whenever we had a question. The only downside was the drop-off process. We had booked with the understanding that the drop-off time would be flexible, which was a big part of why we chose this rental. Unfortunately, just a few days before our trip started, we were notified that we had to return the RV at a specific time, which caused some disruption to our final travel plans.

We had booked a camper but a week before departure we were told that the camper was not available because the engine was broken. Kayla helped us quickly and well with her big beautiful camper. She was friendly and helpful. The camper was a bit older but we had a very nice holiday with it.

Super disappointing. The RV was not at all as advertised. Extremely loud, all kinds of issues, poor maintenance and cleaning, had a 3ft piece of exhaust pipe fall off which had been makeshift repaired. We later learned this was what probably was causing the extreme noise, which made the drives a nightmare and have my wife and I headaches for the better part of a week. Had great experiences in the past with RVEzy, but this was a real damper on the family trip we had been planning all year. :(.
