- Sandy H.juil. 2024Wish we had a great experience like the other renters. Agreed pick up time...2 hours late. There obviously was a previous issue as a new battery was purchased 10 minutes before pick up. Good thing we brought a generator (which is shore power) as had nothing in the trailer so the battery wasn't the issue. Could not start the fridge for propane. The generator needed to run for the entire trip...BC gas prices. Ouch. Our trip was for our son's wedding so running extension cords into the trailer was not fun but we made it work. Then when dumping the sewage we discover that it wasn't dumped from the previous renter. We know this as "stuff" came out that wasn't ours. We only used the bathroom 4 times to pee. Really nice couple to deal with but when we brought up the issue we were told we didn't know what shore power was. Pretty disappointing as we have owned trailers and know the difference. This was our first rental experience and will be our last.
