Despite a hiccup at the end of the trip, we would definitely rent again to Steffen and his family. He was a great communicator, very friendly and even went above and beyond by replacing a damaged tire on the trip they were on. The truck they had for towing had a brake controller and looks like it could easily tow a trailer bigger than ours. Thank you Steffen!
