Mark booked our unit for his dad, Frank. Frank is a very experienced camper with tons of towing experience. The pick up and drop-off went super smooth, and Frank and his wife took exceptional care of our unit. Mark was also very patient and responsive to messages. We had to relay some messages back and forth between me, him, his parents, and my husband, as I was going to be volunteering out of town during this rental period. Luckily for me! He was great to deal with and very understanding! A good experience and great set of renters!
