There were quite a few hiccups as this was the owner’s first time renting the unit. RVezy’s bar is set very high as we have experienced in the past, so it is suggested that the owner fixes the water and sewage issue, removes the smelly carpet and replaces it with laminate, and gives the trailer a good scrub-down before renting it out again. On the bright side he was extremely apologetic and was very quick to send out a hired-hand to look after the main issue which was the water flow.
