Rob was a very nice ma to deal with. A unforseen surcumbstance occured. As they were dry camping one of the 2 batteries on trailer became faulty. My husband Mike woke up to a text message from Rob regarding this. Mike contacted Rob right away to rectify. Mike gave Rob the option of buying 2 new batteries and we would reimburse him upon return of the trailer. Mike also gave Rob the option for Mike to drive to their camping location and replace the batteries. Rob chose second option. Mike drove 762km in total, 7 hours of driving in total and paid $100.00 in gas to help out our rentee as we sympatized for their inconvenience. I was very dissapointed to see the trailer was returned very dirty.
