Overall I was not very impressed with the renters. They bugged me about charging them for a sewage dumps fee and then showed up with a full tank. Asked me to close out the inspection quick only to find after the fact a broken water pump, broken water hose and clogged black tank that I had to get pumped out. Because I rushed the outro inspecting I missed The water issues and had to pay for it myself. Propane was used and not filled. As for the trip, they told me they were going to Boston but travelled 7 hrs further into the states… 35 hrs of driving in 4 days crushing my generator and literally burning the generator plug which also needs replacing now. At least they brought it back on time which is why I gave them two stars. Overall they beat up my unit in 4 days and left me with a hefty bill, I made no money off them as I had to pay for fixes and would not rent to them again, I would recommend you don’t either. I learned a hard lesson on this one. Very bad rental experience from this owners perspective.
