It was my first time and he walked me through everything. This RV was extremely simple to figure out. I’m not an RV person but it was all in his directions. It was clean and just as advertised. The usb ports everywhere are super helpful. We got stuck in a rainstorm and were so grateful that we didn’t just tent camp. This van was easy to drive and kept us warm!

- Lesley S.juil. 2026The host informed me at 6AM the day of my rental that the battery on the van wasn’t holding a charge after confirming the van was able to go to a dry camp. We had no other options so we asked what he could do and he said he would give us an ice chest in case the refrigerator failed. Once we arrived at camp we found that stove also did not work. I found fake eyelashes on the window sill (gross). The pop top also needs to be secured with zip ties because the locking mechanism is broken. The van is not equipped with silverware or any cooking utensils. Because of the battery problem the refrigerator did not work and the host offered 2 lanterns and a very small cooler bag as a consolation. 2 hours after we picked up the van, host asked us to return it instead of offering us a partial refund for our inconvenience.
