- Stacey P.sept. 2021Livré par l’hôteThis was our third rental with this trailer and the first two times the trailer met our needs and was sufficiently clean. This time it was dropped off and we found it to have not been cleaned before our use. The owner was not there when we arrived at the site to deal with the matter at that time. Upon contacting the owner, she apologized for the mistake. She provided reasonable compensation for the error but we had to do cleaning before we could use the trailer for our family trip including cleaning the bathroom, kitchen sink, fridge, and sweeping. We bring all of our own bedding, towels, and paper plates/pots/cutlery and therefore are not commenting on any of these items. Therefore it’s really only used for sleeping. The queen bed is quite comfortable. Good size for a family weekend trip.

Her trailer had all of the amenities needed for our family and made for a positive experience. She was flexible on the time to meet and pick up which was appreciated. We used paper plates and brought pre-made meals so didn't use the kitchen sink/oven/microwave, etc.
