Communication with renter was good before delivery and upon pick-up. No access to racetrack campground on delivery so trailer was left in lot for renter to move, at renters request, with walkthru completed with renters husband in lot. We received two messages from the renter on the last morning as they were ready to leave earlier than arranged, due to rain. The first asked for noon (instead of 3pm), the second asked if they had to be there as her husband was reasy to leave. They left the trailer in lot to be picked up, with key left where agreed upon. Although our description clearly reads that linens are not supplied the renter did mention, on pick-up day (by message), that they loved the trailer but the only thing was no dish towels. We again explained that we don't supply linens, and that this ad-on was removed in 2020 during covid (as the description states). The trailer was clean when picked-up, with the exception of a sink full of unwashed greasy frying pans and dishes left for us to wash, although there is dish soap supplied and a sponge under the sink if needed, and they had ample time as they were leaving early. We don't mind dishes left to dry, but would appreciate some sort of effort made to wash them. Overall, we keep our cleaning fee minimal ($25), and provide a welcome basket of wine and snack, along with Kuerig coffee pods. After 4 years of maintaining a 5 star review, we chose to take the good with the bad and try not to sweat the small stuff in almost all cases.
