Trailer arrived successfully, but definitely wasn't very clean. Fridge had something spilt inside, owner reviewed minimal things at delivery or at pick up. Had a scheduled time for pickup and owner arrived 40 mins early, making it, we felt rushed to pack up. With COVID-19 trailer was definitely not disinfected appropriately. We gave it a thorough disinfecting, including walls wiped down before moving our property into it. I feel the cleaning fee I paid should be reimbursed. Owner was very friendly.

All in all it was a good first experience. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and she brought the trailer at exactly the time she had stated and we communicated well. We didn't have hot water at first but that was resolved when we found the switch in the inside wall of the washroom. Thank you Marsha and it was a pleasure meeting and doing business with you. This was the perfect option for a covid getaway... our own bathroom and a fridge/freezer combo made for a wonderful glamping experience! Possible suggestion to avoid contacting for additional questions... a point-form "how to" list for things like awning, air conditioning/fan, pump use, etc. Delivery and pick-up was an added bonus... thanks again for a great experience! :)

This trailer served our needs perfectly- we really only used it for extra bed space, so cannot comment on the appliances, bathroom, etc. Awning was great for a shady spot and the trailer was very clean. There trailer did have a scent of Fabreeze, but not offensive to us.
