It was dropped off at the time that we communicated, and picked up at the time we communicated. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating!! I would most definitely recommend this camper to anyone wanting to rent. We will certainly be using them again if we are in the area!! Our hosts, Marie-Pierre and Charles were exceptional hosts and a real delight to deal with. They were very accommodating and responsive to our needs and questions. They both wanted us to have a great experience, which we did. The trailer was delivered and picked up on-time at our agreed times. The trailer was a perfect size for us and very clean. Because of their wonderful service, we were able to focus on making memories with our family who camped in the site next to ours. We are already planning where we will camp in 2025.

Solar power wasn’t as good as we were expecting. Worked great during day but battery didn’t hold charge -couldn’t make coffee in am or even boil the kettle that was provided. We made due though and everything else was great!!
