Communication with the owner was responsive. The delivery and set-up was smooth, as was the teardown at the end of our stay. Pickup and drop off of went like clockwork, and Ervin was very helpful getting the trailer all setup and just in the right spot for our long weekend away. The trailer was very clean, spacious, and well taken care of, just as advertised. The pictures don’t do it justice! Love the layout of this hybrid trailer and would highly recommend Ervin to everyone for their next rental. Great to meet his family as well. Thank you all for the help!

The awning was broken and we only discovered this at pickup, we were given a pop up tent but this meant no cover over the door during rain. The BBQ for outside was missing one screw for the lid making it hard to open and didn’t seem to get very hot for cooking. One of the screens for the bed had large rips in it preventing us from opening the end so bugs would get it. Overall we enjoyed our trip.
