Very kind and understanding client, very perfect and fair renter considering sge got a flat tire along route that she paid for installation a newly bought NEW TIRE to replace flat exploded right side rear interior tire. I gave her a cheque for a full refund of all her expenses of 258.19$. And she came home early 1 day at the last minute because of emergency work at home to install a new pool at home. So I agreed to confirm with RVezy to refund/not charge for the booked last day of her rental as she had to return my RV one day early so she could go take care of her home repairs and pool installation. And I want to be fair with the clients/renters so that they have a positive experience with me and RVezy.
