Good communication with these renters; was able to easily troubleshoot with them, over the phone (trailer was 2.5 hours away), when both the 15 amp stereo fuse and 40 amp main fuse went in the trailer (possible campground post power surge). While the 40 amp was easy to replace, the 15 amp was not, and they even turned down the offer for us to go and remove the stereo and change it for them the next day, so it was an easy decision to give them a small refund for their time and not being able to use the stereo. The trailer was picked up in a timely manner and communication was excellent for the return. The unit was returned neat and tidy and we would be very comfortable with them renting from us again in the future, and offering the 10% repeaters discount on either of our trailers.
