It was clean, organized and very well-kept with many little incentives like snacks, coffee, extra blankets, etc. Would highly recommend to rent from them! The trailer was delivered for us and we were greeted warmly. She was thorough in explaining what we needed to know to ensure our stay was comfortable and made herself available if we should need to contact her over our stay. We were very comfortable in this trailer for over a week had no problems using anything. It was a great holiday!!

We had it delivered, which was convenient. The trailer is well taken care of, clean and stocked up nicely. It was certainly a nice upgrade from tenting, we would definitely rent again!

The trailer was clean and comfortable, we appreciated the little touches like extra towels, a few dry snacks, and the items in the fridge like water and a few pop.They made us feel at home. Stephanie and Arron even went out to the the campground a few days before our arrival to check to make sure there would be no issues. Being tenters, having a working fridge and freezer, an indoor washroom, and a comfortable bed (off the ground), will make it hard for us to go back to tenting. Thank you Stephanie and Arron for the great service, answering our many questions, having the trailer at the site on time, and even showing us the way to the campground. The RV was ready when we arrived thanks to coordination with our family who were already on site. The beds were comfy the air con was excellent (and necessary) and everything was advertised. Highly recommend
