Mike was great to deal with, thorough explaining how trailer worked. Trailer was clean and in great shape !

The unit was delivered on time and as agreed. Mike did a good job explaining the various functions, and everything worked mechanically as expected (including the AC, which was so a real bonus during the heat wave). I would have given 5 stars, but the fact that the main bed was not a queen was a big negative for me (I'm 6'-2" and my heels were hanging on/off the edge) - I specifically searched out units with a queen bed and 8+ sleeping potential. It was advertised as a queen bed but what we got appeared to be was a full size (length 75"). The mattress clearly is smaller than the allocated space (you can see several inches of the exposed chipboard base on each side). When this was flagged to Mike later on the day of delivery, I received a non-helpful response and no solution or accommodation was offered. When I pay a premium (incl. the agreed cleaning fee, delivery fee, and dumping fee), I expect the unit to be as advertised and hassle free. I will not be renting this unit again.

We really enjoyed the use of the RV. It was very clean and well equipped. The owner were easy to do business with and very thorough. We would definitely rent from them in the future.

The Ontario Country Music Awards is very grateful to Mike for renting his trailer for the awards show this year. The trailer was in great condition and was perfect for the artists to use as a green room. This is a beautiful unit and Mike is a great owner!

Excellent accommodations and service

As first time renters it would have been nice to have been shown some things, such as proper awning operation. One propane tank was empty when we got it and fridge and water heater did not work in both systems. Missing light switches and cushion at dinner table.

RV was good! Had what we needed. A few sensors For waste weren’t working but we managed.

Mike was super friendly and easy to work with; it was important to him that his customers had a enjoyable experience and he was willing to help with everything. Great experience.

Great experience with Mike. He contacted us beforehand regarding a few very minor issues with the trailer and went out of his way to accomodate us. The trailer was very clean and well stocked with accessories and activities for kids. Overall would rent from Mike again.
