She made everything easy for us to learn how to use quickly and was available if ww forgot how to do something during our rental. The rv had everything we needed for our family of 4 and our toy Chihuahua was even comfy in his lil area. We will be renting from her again. We had a great time and my kids can't wait for me to plan the next rv camping trip.
