It was so nice meeting Kimberly and her family. Knowing that this was their first RV experience, and going to a site with no hook ups, they did great. It was sad to see that their camping adventure was shortened due to an unexpected incident, they were happy to have experienced the time that they did have. The trailer was just as cleaned as when I dropped it off. Looking forward to having them rent the trailer again.
