His communication was clear and timely, and he took the time to thoroughly explain everything about the RV. He let us stop by his house prior to the rental to go over the trailer and look at the storage capacity. We had a great camping experience! I had many text exchanges and a few phone calls with Eric before our trip to make sure we were on the same page. He was quick to respond and so flexible when we needed to choose our time for drop off and pick up. What a nice, thoughtful guy. I’m so happy I rented this specific RV. It was new, clean and the perfect size for our trip. Everything worked really well and was the perfect size for our group of 4. The mattress on the bed was quite comfortable. It was so nice to have the bathroom separating the bedroom from the main living space. The shades were darkening so it was easy for the kids to sleep in. The shade outside was perfect for this sunny days. It’s a beautiful RV and worth the price!
