Matt was a delight to deal with his responses were quick and thoughtful the trailer was extremely clean and well supplied for my visit

Nice Trailer well equipped. A couple of items were non-op due to prior rentals, I wish I was informed of these features being broken prior to receiving the trailer.

First thing is Matt was super cool and flexible had no problems with communicating with me for drop off pick up! RV had a couple of maintenance issues. Stabilize jacks in the rear was not working, refrigerator had mold and rust on the racks, bathroom have a bad smell because of the septic tank wasn’t probably cleaned im sure last but not least awning was broke it was a hot weekend would’ve been nice to have that feature!! lucky I bought pop-up tit. My advice to owner make sure everything is functionable and working properly and cleanly when renting your RV because they’re not cheap to rent, and you want the renter to get the best experience for what they paid.
