Steven was an absolute pleasure to host. His past experience with RV's and trailers made the walk-through very easy. It was just explaining the differces between the the older models he has/had to the newer updates that this model has. The RV was returned in good condition and clean. He also gave some positive feedback and made a couple of suggestions that I didn't even consider until he suggested it. He is already looking forward to his next trip, and I am looking forward to hosting him again. Thank you Steven.
