Francisco was honest, communicative, informative, helpful, attentive, and just an all round pleasant host.

RV was very clean. Francisco was personable and knowledgeable about the RV. Everyone was eager to assist or explain.

It was really good experience.

Let me start by saying we are VanLifers, and not RVers. We had rented a van to travel in, but due to issues with the van we were changed to an RV (that was all they had) at the last minute. Due to it being around Christmas time we had to go with what was offered. I will say 4 1/2 stars for Dave from GoHomePort Rentals. He was fantastic with communication and was the saving grace of the trip. There was one hiccup, but we were able to get past it. As for the RV, it served it's purpose, but not want we wanted to go with. The ad did say the RV was pet friendly, so be ready for the presence of animals. I am highly allergic, but will say that I did not have any issues. There were several things that appeared to need some attention. Again, Dave was great, but our RV experience was not the greatest. It may have been partly our inexperience, but also not what we signed up for.

We had a wonderful time. I surprised my girlfriend for her birthday. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoors up in Flagstaff at Village Campgrounds.

I had a mixed experience. Late delivery due to limited staffing. RV was not the same one as photographed.

They always responded and answered my questions. The RV was as promised, performed well and everything worked. The cleanliness of the RV was not on par with the rest of the vehicle as the floors were very dirty and the shower floor drain had not been cleaned. Overall it was a good experience and we would rent from them again.

Customer service was top notch! Had some problems with the RV but was quickly helped out. Would definitely rent from them again.

The gentleman that I interacted with at Destination RV during both pickup and return was very informative and helpful. Although I believe the motorhome that was rented was not accurately and 100% portrayed correctly for the camping I was doing, I would use Destination RV again.

Francisco was good at communicating potential issues that might come up and very easy to work with for check in and out. This is a slightly older RV, with some age shown, nothing that was a deal breaker, but certainly had some small quirks. Great size RV for driving through smaller areas

The hosts were great to work with, explained how everything operates and functions. RV was comfortable to drive, size of the bed and shower were on the small side, but that was going to be expected. Gas mileage was actually not too bad. Francisco was helpful with any questions I had, and I appreciate your help.

Was an absolute great RV to rent with great amenities. We have rented many different RVs in the past. This was our families favorite by far. All the RV parts worked seamlessly. We did have very small issue with propane at the beginning of trip that was handled by the staff very quickly with a simple phone call. We will for sure be renting again and would recommend anyone to rent this RV for family trip.

The RV was far from clean when we picked it up. In fact there was a lot of dog hair inside. As it turns out my daughter is allergic to dog dander, so you can image 5 minutes on the road she's sneezing & miserable. I ended up booking my wife and daughter into a hotel so she could get some rest. So there I was paying for a RV & hotel Room. Did I feel like a "schmuck". Also the RV is well, "past it's prime". It just looks used and scruffy inside. There are holes in the floor covering and some of the trim fell of the toilet on day1. Instructions on how to operate all of the systems, e.g. Internal A/C, lighting etc.. Well in short, there are no instructions. Here's an idea, create a few cheat sheets with screen shots, such as "How to run the overhead A/C while driving." We never got the external TV working despite being plugged in to the RV site co-ax. Again maybe a cheat sheet for this? There's an "attic" bed over the drivers station. No safety net is supplied. I tried to sleep there and almost rolled off. A death trap. To be really honest. It was not at all a pleasant experience. It's an old RV that feels old.

It has been an amazing experience for my wife and I to travel across Arizona and enjoy the comfort of our Mercedes Sprinter Revel Van and the simplicity of RVezy. We will repeat this experience elsewhere in the USA soon

Great RV! First RV rental ever and it worked out better than expected! we rented it for a week and used the generator up to 5 hours a day plus ran the fridge 24/7 but still Had 3/4 left in the tank. Water tank is 35 gallons is enough for 1 full at home style showering or a few army showers. If hooked up, you won’t have any capacity issues and I felt like the RV was relatively gas efficient for the size of the vehicle. Rent it now you won’t be disappointed.

We had a great experience with RVezy and the van. It was the perfect size for our weekend getaway. The bed was very comfortable. The solar inverter was a huge plus! We would definitely recommend this option and rent again. We also appreciated the quick communication through the app!

Our first time going on a road trip in an RV. We are beginners, and it was easy enough for us to figure out all the bells and whistles. Both me and my husband were able to drive it comfortably. Francisco was great at explaining everything and was just a phone call away in case we needed anything. We drove from Phoenix to Escalante, Utah without any problems. The water, generator, fridge, and lights all worked great. The RV was well stocked with kitchen, utensils, and cleaning supplies, and the beds and bathroom areas were clean. Camp chairs, and rug, and a picnic blanket were available if we needed it. Be sure to pack your own linens and towels/dish rags. It really is a home on wheels! Pick up and drop off went smoothly, but don’t use Google maps when typing in the pick up address, it will bring you into a neighborhood, so be sure to type in “Destination RV Park” or use Apple Maps. Overall a great experience!

The Van was in perfect condition and was very easy to use. Communication was excellent and they were able to answer all questions and even helped me through some confusion later in the evening. Will definitely use again!

The family had a fun trip in this RV. The RV was clean and well stocked with utensils. We stayed warm during a blizzard and visited all the places we wanted to go to include the Grand Canyon and the Petrified Forrest. Francisco always answered the phone and answered every question we had. We spent half a day of vacation to get some maintenance done on the sink, so I recommend building some flexibility into your plans when renting an RV, but it was a good experience overall.

Even though we had problems getting backed to town at the designated time these guys were super helpful and communicative. It can be pretty stressful after camping adventure to get everything back together and delivered but despite traffic and times pressures it was easy.Francisco was the man that handled everything for us and was pleasantly on top of everything. Will return.

This little RV was perfect for our two days of boondocking in the wilds of Arizona. We found it to be very versatile and easy to drive. The bed was surprisingly comfortable even for me at 6ft!

This experience was top notch from the reservation period through the very long trip we took. Challenges were met with understanding and all the help we could have expected. Grateful for the host and the opportunity. We succeeded our goal to see all of Route 66 and this RV was a lovely home away from home.

We have never rented an RV before and it was really easy and our communication back and forth with our questions was fast and very helpful. I highly recommend RVezy for your family vacation needs!

RV is more than capable for a trip. Due to older age keep in mind some compartments might fling open mid drive. Make sure you keep an extra eye on the components that might fall off because you will get blamed and have to pay for it. Aside from that its good for a small trip.

The photos from the ad show a brand new RV. The interior quality of the RV was not up to parr. Trim pieces fell off on the inside, the interior wasn’t cleaned and we found a lot of items such as toothbrushes, deodorant, and other hygienic supplies leftover from previous renters. We were told that water would be filled, and when we arrived to our remote location, almost 3/4 of a tank was there, and we didn’t have enough water to shower and wash dishes at our location. The generator stopped working, and we were left over heating in the Arizona weather. The company didn’t charge us the $200 fee for dumping the grey/black water, but it didn’t make up for the lack of amenities. Will not be utilizing this company in the future.
