Patrick and Leslea were very kind and understanding, and their previous trailer experience made them a great pair to rent to. They unfortunately had three very freak incidents while out with our trailer, but their immediate communication and thorough details left me feeling at peace, and that they could deal with the issues while out adventuring. There were no surprises when the trailer was returned. For the items Patrick and Leslea had control over, the trailer was returned in good shape. I would be happy to rent to them again.
