Chantelle P.mai 2024Daniel was great to communicate with and was punctual for delivery and pick up.It would have been nice if Daniel had familiarized himself with the trailer prior to his rental. I let him know prior to renting that I did not have any power or water hookup. The battery was dead when he delivered the trailer and the carbon monoxide alarm kept beeping. He left a battery charger to try and help but it too was dead and didn’t help the situation . I eventually unhooked the ground on the battery to stop the alarm during the night so we could sleep. I purchased lights. The next morning Daniel called at 9am to ask about the battery. I asked him to replace it and he did that evening. I learned after renting it that the fridge only works off of the battery, there no propane option. This would have been nice to know prior to the rental. The trailer is bare so be sure to bring everything including a broom and garbage can. The trailer was nice and new, Daniel is nice just not as prepared as previous renters.
