Great host. RV was perfect for our family

This RV is in great mechanical condition, we visited Nova Scotia - Cap Breton from end to end and never had any issue, for a 31" I was impressed how well it handle on the Cabot Trail. It was clean and ready to go when I pick it up. Communication with Janice and John was excellent, always there to answer any questions. I would rent again from them anytime.

Janice and her husband were easy to communicate with. They were very friendly and personable. The motor home was very clean as well. The unlimited milage option was great! Unfortunately, unbeknownst to them the generator did not work properly and was unable to provide power to the motorhome. Our intention for the trip was to boondock and save money by not having to book a campground and wanting to cook meals while on the road. Being unable to do either caused us to incur large unexpected expenses on our 2 week roadtrip of a family of 7. We also had issues with the battery power switch and hired a mobile mechanic who quickly gave us correct information and solved that issue for us. However that incurred another expense. So unfortunately our expectations of VALUE were not met. Having said that, Janice and John did not intentionally misinform us. It's just the way it worked out.

Great experience, explained everything in detail before departure. Easy to work with.

Fantastic host. Very responsive and insightful regarding the rental. Very common sense approach and flexible. RV was clean and an explanation was provided with regard to operating systems and basic equipment. We would rent again from this owner with zero hesitation.
