Quite an unfortunate first experience for us. Despite clear statements regarding our non-smoking policy, the Smiths returned our camper to us smelling strongly of cigarette smoke. They begrudgingly agreed to pay $60 for a product that we hope works to remove the odor. But it’s too bad that it had to end on these terms. Our policy is clear and so is the stench of cigarettes that permeates our trailer now. I would not recommend these renters sadly.
