Great pick!!! Trailer was very clean and as described we felt comfortable & safe host gave great instructions to make sure we had knowledge on how to operate equipment and made sure we had everything we needed my family and I had a great time and would definitely rent from Charles again!

Charles is a great host. He delivered and picked-up the very nice and clean trailer. Everything in the trailer worked great! The air conditioner was brand new and kept everything cool in the middle of a heat wave. Easy to communicate with..Would recommend him to anyone.

Charles was an outstanding host. The trailer was spotless and great for a family escape. He has an anti-sway attachment that made towing a piece of cake. His responsive communication and the ease of pick up and drop off (2 min off the highway) also make this trailer the perfect choice for our next getaway!
