Overall a great experience, the original van we booked was in the shop getting repairs. GoHomePort was very generous to offer this van as a replacement. They were super easy to work with as well.

Everything, Good

We had an issue with availability after we already confirmed our reservation but Corbin moved mountains to make it work. He was able to save our vacation, thank you Corbin!

It was ok. The generator Works, the Water pump works ok. The basic worked ok. But they can do better.

A big thank you to both David and Corbin. Super accommodating and made sure myslef, wife and kid had a wonderful getaway in Telluride. It was my first RV experience and now i can confidently say: “ I’m hooked”. 😁 and this place for sure won me over. 🙏🙏🙏

Loved this RV! It has lots of room and carried us safely across many miles. For the price, I would encourage the owner to allow/include more miles per day. 150 miles is not very much unless you're renting to stay in your local area.

This was my first solo trip exploring US national parks. The trip was amazing and the experience wonderful. Corbin and David were really supportive. Their service was excellent from the beginning to the end. I drove over 2000 miles wandering around and the van responded really nice. Zero issues. I will definitely return and I highly recommend this company to anyone out there.

This vehicle was great and just what I needed. It is kind of bare-bones basics with a stove, fridge, lights and bed. The solar power was awesome - I never needed to plug into shore power. I drove well and had lots of storage for all my gear.

Great van. Easy to drive and accommodating.

Picking up the RV was easy, it was clean and just as the pictures showed. There were some unexpected plumbing issues but aside from that the RV was in good shape.

Enjoyed the camper, it was advertised with a tv, but there wasn't one installed. Fortunately the kids played outside as they should and spent a great 3 days without electronics! Aaron head of operations for gohomeport was really kind and professional, we had an issue with our original rental that didn't work out but Aaron made a new accodmation the very same day of our pick up and made the trip happen. Definitly would use again!

I enjoyed the Sanctuary. The first camper van I rented had come back damaged, so they accommodated me by offering me the Sanctuary at the same price. I feel like communication could be improved - things weren't explained that well and Rvzey and GoHomePort Rentals are two separate entities and don't have great interfaces with each other which caused hassles. I wasn't given a very thorough walk through and not sure the person was that familiar with it, but I was able to figure things out (yay You Tube!). I was happy with the camper and my trip, though.

Small issues (battery does not charge while driving, no propane for the barbecue kit add-on, etc) but overall good experience.

Great easy way to rent an RV to travel. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Dean was awesome at getting everything ready for us. Vehicle worked well for us with no major issues.

So we rented 25 fr nano coachman 2019 travel trailer. I must say this was a delight for the year that it was. We had some mechanical issues in the beginning with the hitch that took about an hour or so to fix was very friendly worked with the guy named Dean Reservations I love the app the communication the option to edit your reservation. The price was well. The cleanliness I give three out of four bathroom could I use some better touchup this trailer came with everything except pots and pans, but I brought my own bed is a queen size with the futon under was a little lumpy. I wanted to keep this trailer for my own few features. I wish it had but overall it was a great travel trailer for a short amount of time not too much work and load it with everything you need including the first aid kit I extended my rental by two days, and we actually went to Pagosa Springs Colorado. It drove perfect worked great. We took lots of pictures and sure that we took good care of it like it was our own. We returned it clean and ready to go for the next person just note that there is no pots and pans, but I’m pretty sure you can get that as an add on dishes, paper plates, etc. we’re all there also was missing cooking utensils the only thing that really kinda bother me was it was hard to tell if the tanks were full or not. The sensors seem to be in accurate. We stayed at a campsite with all amenities thank God or we wouldn’t ran out of water and our tanks full quickly, not sure if everything was completely full and empty like supposed but we stayed at full campsite cable , water sewer and electrical was great missing cable colax cord they need add to the package at least 15 feet was highly recommend this lovely travel trailer for the price. I wish I could keep it longer. We had a good time with it it could be a little tight fits to adults and two children. Don’t recommend more than three adults or vice versa can be a little tight hot water tank also worked great. Once we hooked up to the water all electrical and AC. I give five Thumbs up, but it is a little loud but definitely cold and heater also work great. We made our home fir 4days!!! Highly recommended for couples retreat !

Team at Go Port were great. Easy pick up and return.

The van would have been all we needed… but the house battery was not charging, solar panel not working so we couldn’t camp elsewhere then on a campsite with electricity, which was not our plan. As we have nothing booked, we had a hard time finding campgrounds, jeopardizing our vacations. The owner was useless offering assistance to solve the issue, misinformed us from the beginning on how the battery worked, and RVEzy road assistance couldn’t help neither. Other issue is we paid for delivery of the camper but been informed the day of the departure, an hour late, we needed to drive 45 minutes to pick up the camper (opposing direction we needed to go!) so we lost 3 hours of our day without compensation so far. The total experience was not the best.

The Thor was a compact RV, great for a quick trip with four people.

Were extremely flexible when an emergency led to some literary changes. Went above and beyond to help keep our trip on schedule. Highly recommend.

Host was professional, did not have any operational problems.

Loved the RV and the layout was fabulous. We didn’t travel very far or make use of all the features but were mostly enjoying the convenience of having both the bed and bathroom set up on the road, despite some issues we encountered.

Beautiful unit in great condition! Got a number of questions and envious comments about it from folks on the road. Both Corbin of GoHomePort and Artem at RVezy were very helpful and professional.

Minimal issues little things here and there. The plates were expired on the rv, luckily a state trooper notified me of that after pulling literally every thing not bolted down out on the side of the highway to search the vehicle eventually letting us go with a warning for the plates, the insurance card provided was also expired.. rv ran smooth and was comfortable. Everything worked besides the microwave and one of the roof vents. This sounds like allot but I have rented several rv’s and this was the smoothest and overall best rental I have ever received

It was my first time renting from this app. All in all, it went well. I must say my reservation was canceled two months prior to the rental date, because of a mechanical issue with the initial vehicle I booked. They then provided me with another vehicle equivalent to the first one. Then, one day before getting my vehicle, there was another mechanical issue, which threatened my reservation! It scared me, but in the end, the mechanical issue was a quick fix and I was able to rent my vehicle exactly when I wanted to. The communication with the app and through the app was really good. I appreciated their transparency, even though they gave me a couple of heart attacks. The vehicle per se was good but smelled like cigarette and had dog hair everywhere. The mattress was pretty yucky. Aside from that, the vehicle itself worked well and we had no problem whatsoever. I appreciated the fact that I was able to give the RV back until 11 PM on my last day of the reservation. I would probably rent again from this app in the future.

Nothing on this RV worked. HomePort had to deliver a new RV to us the next day. Corbin and Dean gave excellent service at Home Port. The RV was a disaster. It should be taken out of your fleet

This was a great rv if you are at a campground, if you are taking it back country like we did it is not good. The generator wouldn’t run the fridge or AC it would trip off if you turned in the microwave. The water pump ran all the time we had to turn it off and on. so if you can plug in and use the campgrounds power and water it will be fine. The levelers wouldn’t come up when we tried and we had to use the emergency switch and had to push it multiple times

Host communicated well. The motorhome was not well maintained. I had to clean it before I settled my kids in for the trip.

I did not have a good experience overall with this rental. Communication was terrible, the RV received had a number of issues (engine light and issues, broken awning, several lights out, additional packages purchased not fulfilled), and was charged an excessive additional cleaning fee. I would never rent through RVEsy or with GoHomePort ever again.
