First time renters. The website is good, easy to navigate. Mark (the owner) was also easy to deal with. The machine we rented however was not as advertised. It ran well, drive train was good and handled as one would expect. Certainly got us there and back fine and we drove over 3000 kms with it. Upon pick up we were told the awning was not operable and this turned out to be very unfortunate due to weather. It rained the first 2 days and 5 nights of our week long trip to Vancouver island. Vacationing on an island we fully expected to get wet (from NL originally so well suited to wet weather) but the camper leaked on both ends leaving the kids in the overhead bunk wet and myself and my wife wet each night and morning. Extra laundry daily hampered our time as well as the discomfort of waking up wet and having to dry out. The water pump also worked when it wanted to so thank god the campsite we had offered showers and toilets. I also would have expected the camper to be sanitized before we picked up but we had to clean it ourselves and sanitize before we left. I have to say the accommodations were not worth the cost in the end. Bad experience all round and I do not recommend this machine unless your not concerned about cleanliness, dryness or hygiene.

Owners were extremely accommodating and very quick to respond to all of of inquiries! Our family really enjoyed the unit and made for a wonderful trip!!

Mark responds quickly when we need help; price is very reasonable.

The RV was really great and Mark was kind enough to explain everything. We are a RV newbie and everything was easy to handle. Kids enjoyed the trip and we all had fun time. Will definitely book for another trip. Even though RV was old, it serves the purpose. With little maintenance, it will be more perfect. Thank you Mark.

First RV family vacation was a lovely experience and would definitely do it again The RV was comfortable and secured us for the duration. The linen, towels, kitchen supplies and pet accessories were very much appreciated and complemented our supplies on the trip. The RV handled well on the mountain roads and felt secure on the steep uphill and downhill portions of the drive. Mark and Jennifer were very accommodating throughout the entire rental process.
