Trailer was comfortable and kept us cool in some of the hottest weather! Communication was good, and James was such a pleasure to work with!
Adam C.avr. 2026Livré par l’hôteJim was great, he delivered our trailer to Echo Lodge Campground on time, everything was set up, AC running, fridge was cold upon our arrival. He called me prior to us arriving and after we arrived to make sure everything was in proper working order. Trailer was roomy and clean, everything worked as it should. It was stocked with basic necessities such as plastic cups, silverware, k-cup coffee, soap, sponges and it had some bowls and plates. There was a couple pots and pans, kitchen utensils, etc. My only recommendation would be to have some extra toilet paper and cleaning supplies to keep it clean for a 7 day trip. The queen bed was very comfortable, and AC was cold. The two bunk beds were good, maybe bring a mattress topper or foam pad. The couch makes into a small bed life a child or small adult. The outdoor fridge was great, he included some extra chairs and and outdoor rug. Would definitely recommend for any family for a great time!

The communication was awesome, our trailer was ready when we got there and throughout our trip he checked on us to make sure we we didn’t need anything. I loved that the trailer was fully stocked, all be brought was food, clothes/personal items and bedding. It was welcoming and so comfortable. We were in Parker AZ at 120 degrees and normally our trailer is uncomfortable, hot, and no one gets a good nights sleep. This was our first time in 6 years we all were comfortable, air worked great, and there were no issues with our stay. I will definitely rent again on our never family river trip.
