RV was in great shape other than a cracked windshield but honestly was low key happy it was jsut so we didn't need to worry about chipping it ourselves lol. Kelsei was very accommodating and communicated with us well -- and she even opened an hour early for us just so we could get on the road sooner which was greatly appreciated! The check-out and return times were just great in general and a big reason why we chose this listing since many others almost forced you to pay for an extra night on pickup or delivery essentially. Also really appreciate dumping being included in the cleaning fee -- never a fun task and always scary on something you've never dumped on before lol. Highly recommend Kelsie and Premium RV rentals. I saw a class a on the lot im hoping we can try on our next adventure too if it's available! Will definitely rent from again!
