Very friendly and easy going individual. Although we offer a general cleaning at the end we ask renters to be respectful and don’t leave it a pigsty. During our clean up after return we noticed many personal items left behind and the trailer was dirty beyond a reasonable limit. The crank for our vent had fallen off but was never told to us and there where many foot marks on the walls and ceiling of the upper bunk area. Would have appreciated a little more effort.

Stephen and his family were just a delight to rent to. Stephen was new to RV'ing and really took the time to understand the ins and outs of RV camping. It really showed when he returned the unit in perfect condition. I would have Stephen rent from us anytime and hope he does it again some day! Chris & Subha
