Deep and her husband were very nice and returned the RV in good working order. The drop off and pick up would have gone more smoothly if the Campground they stayed at better informed them of the utilities access challenges their site had since they were participaying in a family group camping weekend. Unnfortunately we did not know there would be 3 other rented Rvs there. As novice campers they did not know how the placement of each rv impacyed one another but they were very helpful in overcoming the difficulties. I would rent to them again but I would ask more questions about the site they selected.
