Pedro was an exceptional renter. From the start, he was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. Unfortunately, during his trip back home, our RV was rear-ended by another driver. This accident was entirely out of Pedro’s control, and he handled the situation admirably. He informed us immediately and followed all the necessary protocols, demonstrating responsibility and care. Despite this unforeseen incident, Pedro’s approach remained positive and professional. When returning the RV, he was understanding about the minor fees related to the collision. His cooperation and demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We would be delighted to rent our RV to Pedro again in the future and highly recommend him to any host considering renting to him.
