We did have an issue with the water heater, but Quentin was quick to come to us with a part to fix us up and get us working again. A pleasure to deal with.

- Jeff P.août 2019Livré par l’hôteThe unit was not ready to go as was indicated. There were several issues that we had to deal with that were annoying and cost us some time during our trip (dead battery, propane, dirty linens, missing cushions, etc). Carol did do her best to help our from afar.
